What we do

Fire-rated doors are common in stairwells, corridors, electrical and mechanical rooms, trash rooms and between tenant spaces. The usual problems are closers that no longer pull the door shut, latches that don't catch, doors propped or damaged, and hardware swapped for non-rated parts.

We repair closers and latching, replace damaged rated doors and frames with labeled replacements, and install fire-rated exit devices and hardware. If your fire marshal or inspector left a list of door deficiencies, send it with your request and we'll quote each opening.
