How we work
Most commercial door problems involve more than one trade — a sagging door wrecks the lock, a failed closer leaves a fire door open, a forced frame needs both carpentry-level repair and new hardware. We handle the door, frame, closer, hinges and lock together, and we pull permits when installation requires one.
We work for property managers, building owners, retailers, restaurants, medical offices, schools, condo associations and contractors.
