Commercial Door Repair & Locksmith in Atlantis, FL

Doors and locks in Atlantis

Atlantis is a small residential city with a hospital campus and medical offices along Congress Avenue.

In a small community like Atlantis, the doors that need us are usually shared ones — condo stairwells and corridors, clubhouse and pool gates, maintenance rooms. We repair closers and latching on rated doors, replace worn steel doors and add keyless access.

Hollow metal & fire doors in Atlantis

Atlantis condominium and community buildings rely on steel hollow metal doors that stay square, latch cleanly and meet fire ratings. We repair and replace hollow metal doors and frames, hinges, closers and hardware — and handle permitted installation when the job requires it.

Common Atlantis calls

• Clubhouse and amenity door closers
• Rekeying and master keys for associations
• Condo stairwell fire doors that won't latch
• Exterior steel door replacement
• Keypad and keyless access for shared doors

Storefront doors, pivots & closers

For Atlantis retail and storefront entries, we repair aluminum storefront doors, door pivots, surface and concealed floor and overhead closers, Adams Rite-style locks, and panic hardware so the front door stays aligned and secure. We check the closer, pivots and lock together so one worn part doesn't take out the others.

• Pivot and closer replacement when doors drag or slam
• Keypad locks for storefront doors
• Continuous hinge upgrades for busy entries

Rekeying, master key systems, high-security cylinders, exit devices and keypad / access-control hardware for Atlantis offices and multi-tenant buildings. Because we repair the door too, the new hardware goes on a door that actually closes and latches.
